Return Policy

 

 

 

Please understand that you have purchased a winning course.  You are being given tools which can be used for about any business. These tools are worth more then what you purchased them for. The following policy is to protect all associates involved in the program including your-self. In the past, there were unscrupulous individuals who took advantage of associates, when there was a money-back guarantee. These individuals would purchase the program, copy the material, and business tools. These individuals would send the original back to the associates and start to promote the program to others. For this reason the following policy has been put into place.

Return Policy
As in the initial letter that you received before you bought this package- there is NO REFUND policy for this product. The reason we have this policy is for two main reasons.

One- This program is so simple but yet so powerfully effective- the information, business tools and valuable software contained in this package can easily be copied by anyone. All one has to do is go to any office supply store and make copies and burn the CD-Rom with a CD burner. As marketing consultants we cannot allow certain people to buy this program, reap the many benefits and then take advantage of the associates involved that are sincerely working this program week after week. It is just not fair to them or for you when you are running the business.

Two- We have recently made a deal for you and all of the other associates to be able to accept credit cards without getting a merchant account. This will allow you to increase sales, since it gives customers more versatility when making the final purchase. We did this as a favor to all associates involved including you. We did not have to do it, but we did, because we know that this will increase your productivity. Anyway, the company that will be doing us a favor and processing your/ours credit card orders and fulfilling your orders does not allow refunds since they are not the ones selling the product. Associates will simply be allowed to use their merchant account to process orders and fulfill orders. The processing company does not get paid $200. They can't give credit to something they did not sell. They only get paid a small fee for processing the orders.

Charge-Backs are Strictly Prohibited
Please understand that the company that processed your credit card is only a third party-biller and fulfillment center. THEY DID NOT SELL YOU THIS PRODUCT. THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENTS OF THIS PRODUCT therefore they cannot give any credit from their end. The best they can do is give you the name, phone number, and address of the person or company who sold you this package and then you take it from there.

If you have any problems with your package please contact the associate who sold you this package ( the company or person you sent the money to, not necessarily the company that sent you the package.) and see if you can settle the package in an orderly fashion. Their name, address, and phone number should be in the order form that you responded too.
